We have a traditional 12 bed market garden. We practice organic crop rotation with a focus on Asian style veggies. Click below to see a sample of what we tend:

Winter Wheat
We grow and process our own whole wheat

Garlic
Plant in the fall… harvest in the summer… enjoy year round.

Zucchini
Come July and August, zucchini run rampant

Melons
Sun Jewel and Lily melons (aka Korean melon)

Carrots
Purple Haze and mokum carrots

Beets
Chiogga beets… I like to call them peppermint beats because of their pink and white rings.

Kale
Curly kale… plant in spring, and harvest throughout the year. Overwinters well into next spring.

Cabbages
Napa, red, and savoy cabbage

Tomatoes
San Marzanos - ready to make into tomato sauce
